- Speak with native speakers. Donโt let their perfect accents scare you. If you meet a native Korean speaker, donโt be shy. Greet them in Korean and watch them light up and complement you on your Korean!
- Speak with other learners. Youโre not alone! Odds are that if youโre reading this, youโre no stranger to the internet and all the resources it provides for learning new things and meeting new people.
- Talk to yourself. Itโs easy to forget how much time we spend in our own inner dialogues in our native language on a daily basis. This dialogue can be turned into wonderful practice simply by translating it into Korean!

Conversationย classย meet once a week for 30 minutes each time. This class consist of exercises and discussions on different topics, as well as listening and pronunciation practice.
WHAT YOUโLL LEARN
The Conversation program is different from the other courses that I offer because the lessons focus onย listening and speaking. Students in the Conversation program will focus on different skills, including:
- Communication:ย Learn techniques to ensure your audience understands your message.
- Slang and Idioms:ย Master informal Korean by learning to recognize everyday expressions.
- Pronunciation:ย Perfect your Korean by practicing specific vowel and consonant sounds, as well as rhythm and intonation.
Additionally, the curriculum in each class gives students exposure to global and local issues while challenging them in role-play and real-life situations.

When we feel like time flies, we use the expression “์๊ทธ์ ๊ฐ์๋ฐ (it seems like yesterday or the day before yesterday)”. ย It means something that happened so long ago but it seems to you that it just happened yesterday or the day before yesterday. ย It has a nuance that you feel little bit sad or surprised for the days going so quickly without noticing it.
